Some of you may remember the secret news I said I got last week. Well, I can tell you all what it is now; I've got a new job! I didn't want to mention it until I had a contract sent to me and I'd handed in my resignation, and both occurred today. People from work read my blog, you see!
Also, on this very day 12 years ago I went on my first date with Suman, my fiancée. We make a point of celebrating this anniversary, so we went for a meal and caught a film at the cinema this evening. We're currently enjoying a glass of champagne to celebrate our day of milestones.
As you can imagine, it's been a busy day so this is just a quick shot of the opened bottle of champagne. I can tell you, it doesn't taste too shabby!
Tomorrow's another busy evening. I've been invited to four separate occasions that all coincide on one evening. I don't get out much these days, so to get four in one night is one heck of a coincidence!
