This was one of several similar wall plaques found in Cleveland Ohio's Rockefeller Park Greenhouse https://www.facebook.com/RockefellerGreenhouse,and yes it's those Rockefellers, much of who's fortunes came from Standard Oil which was originally incorporated in Cleveland. After anti trust suits Standard oil eventually became Exxon, Mobile, Sohio, Amoco and Chevron. (I'm guessing you may have heard of them)
