Still Life in the Lavender Yet!!

Autumn morning mists have started, but the lavender is not givng up just yet.

I am told lavender has a lovely scent, but I am unable to detect it. However it does give me a headache if I inhale its scent in a field or from a candle!

Another at 50mm/35mm, really wierd not zooming in to get close (or turning to macro button!)

Blooms are definitely hanging on in there. Still a wonderful shade of purple, so rich! Lovely soft background.
