Only I can go on an owl shoot and come away with a dozen shots of geese (not in formation), a flock of photographers (with lenses about 6' long) and a teasel with a fluffy seed and cob webs!!
My Brother in law calls those extra fancy lenses, honkerdoodle lenses. I like that you captured something not seen by the gaggle, and got fabulous focus and light.
