A friend came to have a try at copper-foiled glass and as she left, with three beautiful artworks, she handed me a bottle of Bombay Sapphire bramble gin. I'm going to have to get some tonic now I've taken today's photograph!
The end result is over on TheDarkroom . It wasn't as syrupy as I expected, I was anticipating a sweet liqueur but it was neat, sharp,thin gin I knocked back. Hic!!
