Mary's Cabinet Motel

The Christmice Family arrived safe and sound in Kansas and Mary invited them to make themselves at home in her cabinet. The draws were already taken ( dinos and neanderthals were in residence)

Mary the family thank you for your hospitality and asked me to get you to pass on their thanks to those in the drawer for the wonderful pig throwing party they were guests at. Apparently best they've been to but you were not to know about this party until after they'd left. Oops 🤫
Beautiful little sculptures! One even looks like a mini kangaroo! I would love to see what else is in those drawers!

Lol! Perfect placement in my opinion. You chose just the right spot for them to appear. Very wise friend of mine once said, sometimes done is better than perfect. And I see nothing wrong with this one.FAV

Jackie, it's been so lovely meeting the mice. I can't believe how fast that little baby is growing! They were perfect guests; FYI there was no gnawing going on there in the left of their excellent self portrait (as some might think)--just admiring of the old wood grain. One of the Dinos did, actually, tell me about the pig rolling party. On hearing that, I immediately went to check on the pigs, as I feared that the dinosaurs (especially the Triceratops Twins!) would have tossed with too much abandon and force. No fears; the pigs are fine and were over the moon that they had been INVITED to the party and thus able to meet the Christmice. I guess a good time was had by all. And I'm thrilled you sent them to see me. Will be sorry to see them go at the end of today.

Now we know the purpose of the hole chewed into the wood. A nice resting place for place for Baby Meece. Another terrific image Jackie.
