Mama Mia Island (Skopolos)

Ak Kastri chapel,
Built where lost Madonna found,
Mama Mia fame!!



KathyA said she would love to go to the Mama Mia church. I've climbed those steps, don't think I'd do it again, and the chapel at the top's not the one in the film. We've never been into the bay beneath the church, but we have now!

At briefing we were told conditions were perfect to inch the yacht into the bay, it's horribly rocky to drop a hook!

Kathy we motored 20 nautical miles to Ak Kastri just for you!! Tonight we're parked alongside the beach where "Does Your Mama Know" was filmed, but it's being churned up by a JCB digger so not looking like a film set!!
