I think you have achieved some terrific results here. It seems the greater the contrast in the color the better the black-and-white is, but that’s not always easy to see.

Really view and seeing a subject with an eye to black and white is hard. I definitely haven't mastered that yet. Good for you for taking that on. This is lovely.
