Andrew Sabin is a conceptual artist who sculpts with margarine to make his huge organic shapes in concrete and latex. He has a maze of lengths of chain which was such fun to walk through. He was really happy to pose beside his favourite fork-lift truck in his barn, where he is packing up some pieces to be shipped to Swansea
