Got chatting to Carolla whilst she was putting the finishing touches to a beautiful flower display. She's a farmer,originally from Holland, with arable and sunflower fields. She's been a volunteer flower arranger in Salisbury Cathedral for 12 years. She loves the role, saying it's a privilege to take part, but it is strenuous - shed already walked 6000 steps in the cathedral!!
