Emsworth at Low Tide

What a difference a tide makes. Yesterday's tranquil silvery photo click here was taken looking over this mudflat at high tide.

The upper picture of North Chichester Harbour's mudflats is by a local artist, it's not the typical PoV of Emsworth. The lower picture I took this morning. Mud can be gorgeous.
Lovely duo

It's unrecognizable from yesterday's photo, yet interesting in it's own way Funny - yesterday's photo drew my eye in and to the back. Today's seems to make me focus on the mudflat? The artist's version seems to reinforce that view. Such a great comparison with the 3 versions. Thanks for explaining it all.
