On my halfnhalf walk today at Melton Mowbray's Cheese Fayre I saw artisan pork pies, beer from a double decker bus, a double-gold winning cheese, caramel vodka, giant cheese straws, a stilton tower, gluten free torte and a ukulele band.
@brennieb the black cheese was the wierdest! @wendyfrost so busy, poor producers Working so hard @jqf proper Melton Mowbray pies with tasty jelly and crunchy pastry, I tested a few samples!!! @robz really, what are you suggesting??????? snapped that one for the loveliest of colours lol!!! No tasting of gluten free stuff, but it all looks so good and massive- at least 2ft across the torte was! @olenadole my phone can get it right occasionally, I can't choose placement of pics! @365anne it was lovely, esp as visiting no. 1 daughter and she arranged it. Missed the Morris dancers!!! @ludwigsdiana it was in a cattle market which is used frequently, and was a very tasty morning.
Thank you all, now need to be fat free today to even out the weekly food nutrients!!!
