The Little Church in the Fields

St Hubert's Church, Isdworth, is a tiny 11th century church that stands isolated in a field and is popular for weddings, in all seasons.

It has rare and intact medievil murals and is known affectionately by the locals as the little church in the fields.

We have many little churches in a field but mostly they are all sold and become homes! Nice to know the history of this one!

@johnsutton A place I've wanted to visit for 30 years, used to see it on my train comute daily had no idea how to get to it!! Now I do.

@ludwigsdiana at night the cross is lit with Christmas fairy lights!!
@mittens the golden hour light was with me for about 5 minutes!!
