A day out in London. Went to a little gallery to watch a BBC2 "Open Door" TV programme that was broadcast in 1973, because He was in it. Then we walked to Brick Lane for a delicious curry and a catch up chatting. Over to Kings Cross to see Hockney's absolutely fabulous immersive exhibition, which fortunately we all enjoyed, not just me!!!
From the top- The Lightroom Gallery, Standing room only, In the swimming pool, Spot Ed Sheeran, Hockney's Hands Project and Winter and summer on two of the walls.
@will_wooderson his narration is interesting too @ludwigsdiana it was awe inspiring @randystreat thank you Kathy so hard to know which to show off!! @shutterbug49 he has California in his art!! @ljmanning Oh Laura, thank you @maggiemae He and two friends wanted the TV show gallery, and why be in London and miss out on this? We ambled into Brick Lane in error, and fortunately my three companions also enjoyed the exhibition. So v little detailed planning @narayani it really was, we walked miles!!! @grammyn He was in a different art gallery on very small TVs to view!! @annied it was thank you Annie @wakelys we all did thank you.
now I'm back from London, I'm finding all sorts of things that I didn't come across before I went (I enjoyed what we did with our bit of free time tho'). [thinks a bit more - I must have come across this because it's the Father Ted quote]. Anyway ... great collage
