My get pushed challenge for this week from David @yrhenwr is " My challenge is for you to take an indoor photograph of a fading, perhaps decaying, flower and try to clearly capture the effects of that degradation in as much detail as you can." Here is my first try, it is a flower that I photographed earlier in the summer in all its glory.
Nice, Anne... I do like to see fading beauty! Will the camera let you close in so you isolate a smaller part of the flower? My eyes are wandering all over it, which is OK at first but then a bit unsettling. How about manual focus? .. so you select what to focus on as the camera might not choose the best spot for you.
@yrhenwr Thanks David. My camera is a bridge camera so I dont get manual focus on it sadly. But I will try and choose a spot and see how close I can go on it. Stand by for tomorrows try!
