The Golden Spiral by 4rky

The Golden Spiral

Another shot of the Golden Spiral - this time taken in the late afternoon from the promenade above the seafront, providing a better view of the Fibonacci spiral on which the design is based. The twenty-four cast-iron columns were originally part of the substructure of the West Pier. the remains of which can be seen in the background.
fascinating - and interesting - this is new?
