Happy Birthday, Ken!

Margaritas and Mexican food are a Southern California favorite of ours. We'll likely have that at least once again as there's nothing to compare when we go to Nova Scotia for the summer. I wish someone would open a Mexican restaurant up there!

@MangoFlamingo We tried to get our fill to last us while we're in NS! I have found a margarita mix that's wonderful, and I can make a few recipes, but there's nothing like having a plate-full brouoght to the table! Living in a big city, you probably have plenty of choices, yes?
