Nova Scotia is filled with inlets and harbours and makes for wonderful photo possibilities. We took a drive to a spit of land that looks back across to Lunenburg and Blue Rocks. While we had a destination in mind, my patient driver, Ken, stopped again and again so I could capture the beauty around us. We'll love having it all to reminisce about when we're back in California for the winter.
i enlarged it and smelled the salt air! i heard an excellent new version of ghost riders in the sky today and thought about you. DG and the fabulous meadow muffins....amazon has it.
@chard The group's name is over the moon! "The Fabulous Meadow Muffins"...it's just fun to say! I'll have a listen on Youtube if I can find them there; thanks for the thought!
I just realized, Louise, that one of the next short stories we will be reading in my class is set in Nova Scotia. May I use this picture and perhaps some of your others in my classroom? I'd love to give them a visual look at this place.
@mrssmith The beauty of 365 is that we can share our photos! Thanks for asking and I'd be delighted if my pictures make the story come to life. (I also sent you an email...)
