Driving through town in the late afternoon all the cats were in their front yards. I got out several times to photograph them, but each would get up and come to greet me making Lunenburg cats some of the friendliest I've ever met. In this instance, I'd met this cat before so he posed...and then came to greet me.
such a sweet kitty for posing. you got a cute shot out of it. :) while we were on our walk this morning, this white kitty tried to come up and say hi to us, but the owner thought it best that her kitty not mingle with our dog... I thought this was definitely a wise move. :)

who says cats are aloof? My experience has been that you can never get a cat portrait because they always want to get up in your face. Pippen is lovely.
