Bob, on the right, wanted a simple gathering to celebrate his June 29th birthday, and it was a wonderful family-and-friends get together of an evening. Introducing you to Mike, (me), Johnnie, Margaret and Bert, Johnnie's folks, who drove in today from New Brunswick, and Bea and Bob, Mike's folks who live nearby in Bridgewater. Ken gets the photo credit and Lily, the Golden Retriever, must have been at his side.
@digitalrn We celebrated Bert's birthday 2 years ago, and Bob's just the other night. These folks are teaching me everything I know about aging gracefully and actively!
@Weezilou Well that's great, because they have so much wisdom to share with us. It is so fascinating, and an honor to be able to spend time with our elder generation.
I am amazed that Bob is celebrating #80 ~ he looks terrific! How wonderful to have such teachers. It certainly helps with the journey. :) You look adorable in this photo, Louise!
