I've seen a few "For Sale" signs around here, some with "New Price" signs which indicate to me they've been waiting awhile. This is the only one that's laying it on the line...a pretty, vintage home for the money and within the historic district of Lunenburg. Any takers?
Seems like a fair price for all the detail and space. But of course you have to live there year round to get your money's worth and I don't think I can take any more northern winters.
oh me me!!!! wow.....that's an absolute steal! Well compared to the price of housing here in Australia anyway. You cant even buy a one bedroom apartment for that kind of money in Melbourne. And what an absolutely adorable house. It looks like a dolls house.
