Have I mentioned that the most remarkable things happen everywhere (and daily) around town? Ken came in from golfing and reported that the court house (just down the street) was set up to represent Haven, Maine again for the Stephen King series, "Haven". I was amazed at how realistic the Haven signs were over the door and at the entrance. The (unattractive) Lunenburg Town Hall sign had been removed, and there were two police cars parked out front. As I began to write this caption, we heard the sound of a helicopter flying around town. We went to our front steps for a look, and it was easy to see the camera crew filming file footage of this area from the air.
Nothing like this happens in my neighborhood in California!
@digitalrn We've followed the series when we're up here...it's not too bad! Of course the primary fun for us is recognizing the area that they represent as Maine!

@chard I thought of you when I was taking the picture...you'd said you'd seen the show... Ken checked the inside of the car and it's a movie fake...interior shots done elsewhere, I suppose...
