The Often Over-Looked Orange County, California USA

"The LA Basin" brings to the minds of most people, Hollywood, Disneyland, surfers and up-scale shopping... Here, only a half mile from one of the country's highest-grossing Shopping Malls, South Coast Plaza (Crystal Court & South Coast Village), sits open farmland, still cultivated by its owner. If you had to guess I think you still might not come close to the value of this property! For myself, I'm just delighted to have an unobstructed view for a change!
