The drifts are deep and with warming temperatures the snow is no longer crusted. Piper determinedly kept up during our walk, but toward the end she was struggling. I had no idea she was turning into a snowball! She was carrying so much snow on her belly and legs she could hardly move, and it was packed on. Rather than having her turn into a puddle in the house, I washed it away with warm water in the bath. Tomorrow she gets a haircut.
She looks pretty heavily laden here, and more than a little exhausted. Brave little dog for keeping up in spite of all that. She does look like a fluffy little snowball. Fav.
