Condo Conversion

Part of the West of Boulevard Historic District in Richmond, the Robert E. Lee Elementary School was constructed in 1919 to serve that neighborhood’s rapidly growing population. It was designed in the Colonial Revival style by city school architect Charles M. Robinson, and was recently rehabilitated into condominiums. Now called The Lee Lofts, they add a classic elegance to the neighborhood. I would love to see how they have renovated classrooms into condominiums but I've never seen an open house sign.
The building has been beautifully restored. I really like the sharp looking bricks

Great shot- love the angle-gives it that classy look. My guess is that there's a realty company that shows them. There might even be a virtual tour of one on line.

Nice building; how odd to live in a school building.

Great shot! This is almost identical to "Junction Park State School", my old primary school in Annerley in Brisbane.

The word elegant comes to mind. and the word loft makes it sound so much more intriquing.
