Tossed in the Wind by alophoto

Tossed in the Wind

Here is another shot from my trip to the corn field yesterday. I got so dirty and bedraggled that I must maximize the shots. I am also completely wiped out today. I hardly slept last night. We are contemplating another move (this one would be local this time), but it is a big decision and would involve tons of work to move our family again just less than a year after our big move across the country. Excited at the prospect, but dreading the process...
Lovely capture of this grass moving with the wind. Great tones.

Lovely shot.
Where are you thinking of going? Having helped my son move to Indy I have been reminded just how difficult a job it is.

@cdonohoue Cathy, we are planning to stay in the Landen area. I think that the home that we are looking at has a Mason address. Thanks, friend. Oy, moving 5 people and a dog stinks. Last time we had the help of company provided movers. This time it would be all us!

@tbats22 We are overpaying for a house. Rent is steep. We are looking at a rent to own home that would be $200 per month less than our current rent and some money would go toward the mortgage. Thanks, friend!

Beautiful warm colours and tones Amanda. Love it.

We are still praying through and researching the move possibility. We are getting an inspection this weekend on the potential house and hope to have some clarity and perhaps a decision early next week. And then if we are going, we've got to get packing! Thanks so much for your sweet comments about the shot and the move. I took the best nap today where I could shut it all off for a bit and feel rejuvinated.

I love this shot! The golden tones and sense of movement are perfect! Good luck with your move decision! I don't envy you...such a big task to take on.

@tryeveryday Thanks, friend. I did my first attempt at a low key selfie today. Not super happy with it. It is so tough to get the lighting right. My flashlight is blindingly bright. I also used A...maybe M would be better for clarity. I found that sitting still was tough to do, too.

@amandalomonaco I just left you a comment on it too. I thought it was great! It is really hard to get the focus. If you're like me, focusing on your focus bear was okay; but then getting yourself into that exact same position is really tricky!!

Really is beautiful...worth the mud bath! :)

More really pretty tones.

@helixconcepts Aw, thank you, lady. Honestly, I thought that the mud bath was fun. It makes me feel more hard core:).

@automaticslim Thank you, Andy!

What a gorgeous shot, Amanda. I love the color you used or is this the natural colors? Big decision that you have as moving is not easy. One day at a time. Hang in there.
February 3rd, 2013
@darsphotos This was the natural color. We are not looking like we are moving at this point now. Maybe soon. Thanks, friend!

beautifull.

@mrmilner Thank you, sir! P.S. Love my challenge. I've tried unsuccessfully before with a p&s and hope that I can do better with my dslr. I often love ICM shots.
