Micro World by andycoleborn

Micro World

Zoomed in close to some moss growing on a wall in my parents garden this afternoon. I'd seen some similar photos on here so tried my own version. I really need a macro lens, zooming in and trying to keep steady isn't easy! This would have looked so much better really crisp..

That said, these little plants are only a few millimetres high so isn't that bad I suppose...

Took parents out for a meal today then a drive in the countryside before watching Pompey get stuffed 5-0 at home to Chelsea... Sooner this season is over, the better!!!
Very nice!

That's not "crisp"?! Looks pretty amazing to me! I see pictures like this/what you've acomplished, and I'm challenged to try it myself. So far I'm on par with your home team...

I like it. And it's growing on a wall? Here in desert Nevada, that just doesn't happen.

Beautiful shot. That's pretty clear and the colours are rich.
Try using a tripod - macro lens would be great too, but the tripod will keep it really crisp. You can also use the time delay to prevent the camera from moving when you press the shutter release.
