Had a morning meeting in Brick Lane today, could have taken a photo then, but failed. Met my girlfriend for lunch then a wander around Spitalfields Market. Two opportunities for a photo, but double failure..
So when I popped to Tescos on the way home from a swim this evening, I was well pleased to spot sunflowers on sale... Down from £5 a bunch to 65p... Yep, that was 65p.. I do love a bargain! Thought it was too good an opportunity to miss and would give me something to practice taking.
As it was, I got chatting on the phone once home, cooked then got stuck into a programme on TV so didn't have any time for much practice.
Nice photo! Keep the seeds to plant out next spring then an even better bargain!

Lol I just saw this and now may have to consider changing my pic for today (Thurs) as I spotted a goregeous sunflower in someones garden whilst walking the dog and at my friends house. Maybe will just have to find a different angle. This is great by the way!
