Just after starting the topic on the possibility of seeing the Northern Lights tonight, I happened to look out my kitchen window and spot some great clouds just as the sun was setting.
Had to zoom in between the flats to the cliff top at the end of the development where I live to grab this snap.
Phoned brother/sister and hospital this evening... Am not going to be around for a few days as am off to stay with Mum. Dad not in a great way , he's off to Southampton hospital now for possible immediate operation to relieve bleeding in his brain. Doesn't sound good I'm afraid.....
