Thar Desert, Rajasthan, India
Drove the thirty miles from Jodphur on the edge of the Thar Desert is the small village of Osian, with a number of 8th century temples - both Hindu and Jain. Both were built around the same time and have fantastic carvings.
After a quick visit here, we jumped on some camels (as you do) for a 3 hour ride watching the sun set before stopping off a a desert village for a bite to eat... no lights and a sky full of stars... was fantatic..!
Thanks to everyone who has viewed and commented on all my India snaps... I've hundreds (well, 1,500 to be precise) so expect a few more :-)...
