Since 2015, this 17-storey tower designed by Jackson, Clement Burrows, has dominated St Kilda Junction. It looks like irregularly stacked Lego blocks or containers. It has a clever mesh façade, comprised of 40 different colours that interplay with changing patterns of sunlight. At night the façade mesh glows.
Every time pass through St Kilda Junction, I try to decide if I like the building but there is no missing its visual impact.
