At a snail's pace

I don't know who painted this piece of street art in Villeneuve Lez Avignon, France, but I thought it was really cleverly executed to give the appearance of a man lying lazily along a stone bench in the street. I think the snail shell on his back enhances the sense of slowness and laziness.
