@onewing there was a lake in tbe middle of the course so the last thing was to stride/swim/paddle across it and this did get a lot of tbe mud off...they gave themselves a bit of a wash hahaha

Superb shot Annie!! That is really fun, you MUST do it next time :) I used to do them and they're insanely fun. As you saw (and as I can certainly confirm), slow running / walking is perfectly acceptable ;)
