@pusspup EOTB- Eye of the Beholder. It refers to those shots that most people would pass by, not notice or even think unworthy of interest, but we photographers find them to be absolutely fascinating photographic subject matter. It's taken from the phrase, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder."
