Let's be honest... my husband didn't marry me because of my mad cooking skills, but I do enjoy a good home cooked meal, and I really enjoy making things from scratch. When we got married last year we were gifted this awesome Kenwood kitchen machine, and we have just purchased the pasta making tool that's available for it… I've been looking forward to making homemade pasta from scratch and had I known how easy it really is, I definately would have done it years ago... I see many more pasta dishes coming up in our culinary future...
