Today we celebrate "Sankt Hans Aften" ("St. John's Eve") here in Denmark and originally I had planned that today's shot would be related to this (a shot of one of the bonfires here in our city or something of that origin), but instead I bring to you this little guy, one of the many bumble bees in our garden… What on Earth he's doing I don't know, but he sat on this Allium flower like this with all his legs on one side pointing straight up in the air for quite a while :-D. Maybe he was thinking "Rub ma belly, pleeeeze, rub ma belly - I dare ya!"... or maybe he's training for the Rodeo... Whatever he's doing he sure looks qute :-D.
