Contact… this is a word which has a lot of meanings:
- the act or state of touching
- a touching or meeting (between two things or people)
- immediate proximity or association
- an acquaintance, a colleague, or a relative through whom you can gain access to information, favors, influential people, and the like
- or as in this case... a contact lens :-).
I've been using contact lenses since 1991 and witout them my life definitely wouldn't be the same... We humans have been given 5 senses (and I swear that sometimes it feels like there also is a 6th), and one of them is vision. Being able to take in the beauty of the world through my eyes is something that I cherish a lot and my love for photography is without a doubt a result of my joy of looking at the shapes and colours of everything :-).
