One of the ways that my husband shakes off a hectic day at work is by doing a little bit of gardening, and this year he is growing our own potatoes... and this is our second batch. They are Bintje potatoes, a classic Dutch variety released in 1910 and a very popular type of potato.
As they are presented here - barely covering the bottom of the pot - they may not look like much (this pot will hold up to 2 liters), but they are home grown, and they taste great served with some fresh parsley and fried fish - I'm looking forward to cooking them for dinner tonight :-).
