Young Seagull by atchoo

Young Seagull

Living in a city near the fjord and the ocean means sharing the city space with the seagulls. Gulls and seagulls are seabirds of the Laridae family and they are quite large birds.
They are very resourceful, inquisitive and intelligent, and I've always liked looking at them and enjoy seing them in the city even though they sometimes can be a bit of a nuisance.
Based on the colouring of the feathers I can tell that this is a young Seagull... I sat still watching it for quite some time while the sun started to set... I kept watching it because it held its right wing in a somewhat strange position, which got me worried that something was wrong... but then it stretched the wing somewhat and everything seemed fine... we locked eyes several times... I wonder what it was thinking...

Gear used: Olympus OM-D E-M5 + Olympus M.Zuiko f4-5.6/40-150mm.
I find this very pleasing
