Playing around a bit more with my new vintage Petri lens… when used wide open it really produces some very nice bokeh, I think :-).
The more I use this lens the more I like it…
Gear used: Olympus OM-D E-M5 + M42 to micro 4/3 Adapter + Petri f1.8/55mm.
me again! ummm ... just wondering if you can help ... am i right from your info to think that i could get an M42 to micro 4/3 adapter and then use any kind of vintage lens on my em5? or does one have to find out exactly which ones would work ??? excuse my ignorance and thanks for any help!
@pistache Hi Claire - thanks for your comments - and I'd be happy to help regarding the M42 mounts... Regarding the M42 to micro 4/3 adapter: This adapter will only work for vintage lenses using the M42 mount, so any other mount will need a different adapter... but there are so many adapters out there so if you have a particular lens in mind there's probably an adapter available too :-).
