Earlier this week we purchased an electric ice cream maker, this just makes things so much easier… I love to make homemade ice cream... love eating it too :-D.
Here's my banana ice cream recipe:
Ingredients:
2 eggs
130 grams sugar
3 deciliter cream
2-3 very ripe bananas
Steps:
1. Whip the eggs and the sugar together until the sugar is fully dissolved.
2. Whip the cream.
3. Mash the bananas thoroughly.
4. Gently mix the mashed bananas with the egg and sugar mix.
5. Very gently add the whipped cream.
6. Pour the mix into an ice cream maker and run it until it's sufficiently frozen.
