The large Amaryllis (Hippeastrum) flowers in the bouquet, that I received on Saturday, are now in full bloom… The petals are of a rich red velvety colour and very beautiful.
I've always loved Amaryllis flowers - they are so majestic... and they remind me of my late Grandmother who had several of them around the house... looking at these large, deep red flowers now bring back fond memories of my Grandparents.
