so, i went to the mall today. actually, this morning. i wondered what all the commotion was--there was a huge 'camp' set up for what felt like miles in the middle of the mall. and then i remembered. the new ipad comes out today. now, i would love to have the newest version of this technical marvel. i would NOT, however, drag my lawn chair TO THE MALL and stake my claim in a line for hours on end. for anything.

Definately not. Guess I've never understood the need to be the FIRST to have something that will still be there in a week, a month, or more. Actually, I'd rather not be the first. I'd rather wait until the bugs/problems are worked out and get the perfected model.
They are never perfected Kathleen. Some of my clients are working on Blackberrys and they are coming out with new versions every couple of months....it is ridiculous that competition is so great between the various companies. I would never wait in line for the new version because the newer version will be out in a month or two.
