morning glory by bcurrie

morning glory

this beautiful morning is what greeted me as i left for BSF today. BSF stands for Bible Study Fellowship, which is an international, non-denominational gathering of people to study God's Word. there are over 1,000 BSF classes with 200,000 class members in 38 nations across six continents, all studying the same thing on the same week. we are studying Isaiah this year, and this verse seemed especially appropriate for both the photo and the beginning of the study: "Listen, O heavens, and hear, O earth; for the Lord speaks" (Isaiah 1:2). i'm listening!
We had some similar looking clouds yesterday. Great looking sunrise picture, brett.

Wonderful Brett!

I mentioned to someone else earlier how beautiful the clouds have been the last few days. I love shots like this, and you are right, I like that verse too. How often does He speak to us and we do not hear him.

Brett, your description is so very, very beautiful. That scripture is so appropriate for your breathtaking picture of the clouds. It's so meaningful to read about your attending the Bible Study Fellowship. The study of Isaiah must be so rich and wonderful.

Beautiful sky and nicely composed. About the iPhone. If you have 3GS or 4, the "pro HDR" app is incredible. Have to hold very still--which is why I rigged the little tripod. Not dslr, but fun and a challenge to experiment.

I noticed in one of your posts that you have experience editing manuscripts for publication. Is that an interest of yours? Do you have a set rate? Do you have...I've got other questions and didn't know how to reach you except like this. If you are interested or not interested in editing future publishing projects, can you email me at carolynsbook@yahoo.com and let me know. Thanks!

Beautiful picture and great scripture to choose for the picture:)

You sound open and ready to receive His Word...how wonderful to know you're sharing this fellowship around the world. Beautiful opening picture, Brett as you go forward! In my own little way, Ken & I are moving forward, too. After "5" of us sat around the breakfast table (a seat for Dill, too...no kidding!) for the last time this summer, the guys drove us to the airport & it's all over but the flying... Hoping to touch base with a few 365ers, so sending you my best and see you soon!
