Alfie is always in the business whenever we are out in the garden He follows Gary as he mows the lawns & guards the mower when Gary empties the grass box !
@happypat Thanks Pat ---not always so well trained I can assure you !!when he decides to play hide seek in my borders !! -never had a dog before that dared to set foot in the borders ! But Alfie IS a rescue dog !
@sturnus Thanks Carol,-Haven't completely finishing his legs -you can see a slight bulge on his chaps on the left back leg which needs to match the right leg !
May I ask what kind of mower that is? A Gardena? The reason I ask is we just purchased a Gardena hand trimmer, love it! and also bought a Gardena leaf blower. A little more expensive but well worth the money
@digitalrn Rick I had to go out to the shed to check on the make --its a BOSCH and we have found it ever so good We have other tools here of the same make & have found them very reliable - We always had a self-propelled petrol mower when my late husband was here to do the services & maintenance on it -but was expensive to pay for an annual service as I had no idea what to do ! hence the electric mower !
@hillymay HA,HA no worm digging here !! funnily enough although a terrier Alfie doesn't dig holes in the garden like his predecessor a wire haired fox terrier -used to do !!

Wonderful picture, our dog will spend ages barking at the mower and running up to it, then backing off .... does this until (a) I finish mowing or (b) she runs out of breath :-)
