A Quiche Salad

Made a Quiche last night to serve with salad for our tea . Although I say it myself , it was delicious !

What a superb looking quiche., I must say I love quiche and make quite a few on account of all our eggs - saying that I once made one and forgot to add the eggs in the cream/cheese mix!!
