Flowering cactus

I bought this cactus in flower last Easter and thought I wouldn't see it bloom until Easter of 2016, but It is sitting on my kitchen window sill full of bloom now in Nov .
Thank you all for your kind words and good wishes - it means so much .
I had another rough night so I got up early to sit and lounge in my chair and take some pain killers ! I just wish I could have a good night's sleep !
