The bush is absolutely full of flowers and berries and is a nice feature in the back garden . I have not seen the blackbirds lately hence the berries are untouched!
A dull dark day with the threat of Storm Agnes come rolling in . We have just put out bins back in securely ( it was bin day today!) and the sun-brolly put in the shed for winter!
So lush and full of berries! (where are the blackbirds, I wonder) I love the red berries against the lime green foliage, and this shot looks super on black, Beryl! We are getting quite a run of clear sunny days with temperatures in the low 20s (unusually high for this time of year). I hope some of this beautiful weather makes its way across the Atlantic for you. You might need that sun-brolly yet! :) Fav
Like minds Beryl, we put our sun brolly in the shed yesterday while it was dry! A very autumnal feast in the hedge…….let’s hope it’s not too hard a winter to come.
