Just had a fall - went out to pay my window cleaner , tripped and fell -- very sore ribs and two very swollen and bruised replacement knees .!! Can not hold my camera let alone take a photo -- Just taking painkillers and "grin and bear it "- hope nothing will need medical attention !

Oh Beryl. Poor you….its so easily done. I have to watch where I put my feet these days all the time. Harry fell in the night too but managed to get up ok….not easy! He seems to have no repercussions. Hope you aren’t worse tomorrow. 🙏🏻

@carole_sandford - As I was going to pay him !! He was very good and calm ( a 1st aider) Eventually he and Gary managed to get me up ! I can tell you I was beyond feeling silly !!
