Thank you all for your good wishes - I am very much shaken , not stirred ! Both knees painful , but my ribs seem to have taken a big bashing ! so painful even to breath - so shall sit here wrapped in my big dressing gown and fleece throw. A horribly wet day outside - so I am not missing much !!
Oh Beryl, so sorry to hear,I completely missed it! I hope you improve and no damage done. I feel so bad for you as i know how it feels, I dread going down as I can’t get up. Keep wrapped up and take it easy. Nice purple rainbow capture
Happy St Davids Day Beryl. I was worried you would feel worse today…..feel so sorry as sore ribs affect all aspects of our body. Breathing, coughing, laughing…not that you will feel like laughing. Plenty of pain killers & hope for better things tomorrow!
Sometimes the second day hurts worse than the first. Ice your knees a couple times a day and take care of those achy ribs. We certainly want you to rest and heal up quickly! This is very pretty.
Striking color, beautiful. Injured ribs can be so painful and slow to heal. I'm so sorry. I hope you'll consider going to the doctor if you think you hurt anything internally.
A beautiful image with the phlox encased in purple! And *stunning* on black! Fav. Oh dear, Beryl- as others have mentioned, damaged (fractured...?) ribs are so painful! I hope the pain eases a little each day (the sooner the better, of course). Take care (and make good use of your big dressing gown and fleece throw)
